Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms cover the Columnline website, the Columnline Platform, and the Columnline connector for AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
Your client agreement comes first
If your company has a signed agreement with Columnline, that agreement governs your use of our services. Where it differs from these terms, the signed agreement wins.
Your account
Columnline accounts are created for people at the companies we work with. Your company decides who gets an account and what each person can see. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
The connector for AI apps
- You connect an AI app by signing in with your own Columnline account and approving the access. The app can only reach what your account can already open.
- The app can save changes only if you allowed saving when you connected. You are responsible for the changes and actions you ask the app to make.
- You can disconnect at any time, in the AI app or under My AI connections in your Columnline settings. Setup help is in Connect Columnline to Claude.
- The AI app is run by its own provider under that provider’s terms. Columnline is not responsible for how the app uses information it receives.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Try to reach data, workspaces or accounts you are not allowed to use.
- Share your access with anyone outside your company.
- Disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.
- Use the service to break the law or to send spam.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk.
Your content
Your company owns the information it puts into Columnline. We use it to provide and support the services for your company. How we handle information is in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated results
Parts of Columnline use AI. AI results can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it or send it to someone else.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Columnline available and accurate, but the services are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those in a signed agreement. To the extent the law allows, Columnline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the services after a change, the new terms apply.
